A really disappointing tour. No headsets and they were promised. Tour guide Tony in Israel pushed us on the bus. No time to ponder or pray. The hotel in Bethlehem was horrible. Smelled so sewer gas. They gave us two hundred dollars compensation. If we book before the end of the year! A cranky and defensive Stan Kwadrans. Not someone I will deal with again. A third rate experience for top dollars. He did not believe me. If you ask for feedback, then be prepared for feedback He told me other people had a great time. Really? Lots were sick. Use another company.

Halina from IHT called me this morning and was open to the issues I had and very willing to help me choose another tour that she feels will be fulfilling and worthwhile spiritually and also allow me to see some places I have not yet visited. Five stars to her for going the extra distance to ensure her customer was happy. I cannot say if and when I will travel again but I certainly am going to be open minded to this very nice lady.
