My husband & I joined a Holy Land pilgrimage with Fr Ken Lao (Oct 20-31) from Toronto through the coordination of International Heritage Tours. Everything was professionally organized with Lawrence Tours in Israel. Both the driver and our Tour Guide Bishara had done a superb job in monitoring effectively challenging timings and schedules of a very packed itinerary. Bishara provided extremely knowledgeable and in-depth insights on the historical and biblical aspects of every church or points of visits. It’s really an eye & ear opener for the whole pilgrim group.

In addition, my husband had an accident with a malfunctioned luggage cart & dislocated his right arm as we returned from Jordan to Jerusalem on Oct 28. Bishara took great care of us by driving us to Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem with wonderful consolation & encouragement. He even packed shirts (which are easier to wear with a shoulder immobilizer) from his home for my husband the next day. We’re heartily touched by his kindness and good deeds of going many extra miles to help us in our stressful circumstance. Bishara was indeed not only our tourist guide, he was surely our good shepherd guiding us every step in the Holy Land. It was a true blessing to have him with us.
