Evening departure from Toronto to Riga via Warsaw.
Day 2 – May 23, 2018
Afternoon arrival in Riga, the capital city of Latvia. Transfer to hotel for overnight. Dinner in hotel.
Day 3 – May 24, 2018
Our morning tour of the city takes us to the Old Town, Statue of Roland, House of Blackheads and more. Continue to Hill of the Crosses in Lithuania, pilgrimage site with over 100,000 crosses brought by devoted pilgrims. Afternoon carry on to Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania, Mass and overnight. Day 4 – May 25, 2018
Full day in beautiful Vilnius. We visit the Old Town, Gediminias Castle, classicist Cathedral, The Gates of Dawn, world famous and the most visited shrine in Vilnius, containing the painting of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy, where we celebrate Mass. Continue to the Holy Trinity Church, dedicated to Divine Mercy and St. Faustina Kowalska, where the original image of the Divine Mercy Jesus is located. Overnight. (B, D)
Day 5 – May 26, 2018
Today we travel to Bialystok in Poland. Upon arrival we visit some places related to Bl. Michał Sopoćko, the spiritual director of St. Faustina and first promoter of the Divine Mercy message. We celebrate Mass in Divine Mercy Sanctuary, where his remains are buried. Mass and overnight. (B, D)
Day 6 – May 27, 2018
This morning we depart for Gdansk. En route we visit Malbork Castle, the world’s largest brick fortress, mediaeval headquarter of Teutonic Knights Order. Continue to Gdansk for Mass and overnight. (B, D)
Day 7 – May 28, 2018
Full day in Gdansk and its vicinity. Gdansk is one of the most beautiful cities of Poland, rich in history, a place where WWII started, birthplace of “Solidarity” movement and Lech Walesa hometown. Our tour takes us to the Old Town, St. Mary’s church, Oliva cathedral and seaside resort of Sopot. Some free time, Mass and return to our hotel for overnight. (B)
Day 8 – May 29, 2018
After breakfast we travel to Lodz in Central Poland. En route we stop in Torun, one of the oldest cities in Poland and birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus, where we visit spectacular Gothic cathedral and the old town. Continue to Plock, the place where the great prophetic mission of St. Faustina began. We visit the Shrine of The Divine Mercy and celebrate Mass. Overnight in Lodz. (B, D)
Day 9 – May 30, 2018
This morning we celebrate Mass in the Cathedral in Lodz, a city where St. Faustina spent several years working before being accepted in a convent. Next stop is in Swinice Warckie where we visit St. Faustina birth place and a church turned Basilica, where she was baptized. Continue to Warsaw for overnight. (B, D)
Day 10 – May 31, 2018
Today is Corpus Christi feast, traditionally celebrated in Poland with colourful processions. We can optionally participate in the procession or have some free time. In the afternoon we embark on a sightseeing tour of Warsaw that includes St. Stanislaus Kostka church, commemorating martyrdom of Bl. Jerzy Popieluszko, the Old Town, view of the Royal Palace and Barbican. Return to hotel for overnight. (B)
Day 11 – June 1, 2018
Some free time for last minute shopping. After lunch we are transferred to the airport for a flight to Toronto. Evening arrival. (B)

Morning departure to Krakow. En route we stop in Czestochowa – the site of Poland’s greatest shrine and pilgrimage destination – Our Lady of Czestochowa, also known as the “Black Madonna”. We venerate the priceless and miraculous icon and celebrate Mass. Continue to Auschwitz, the notorious Nazi concentration camp. We visit a cell in which St. Maximilian Kolbe died and also the Martyrdom Museum recalling the horrors of the Holocaust. Overnight in Krakow. (B, D).
Day 12 – June 2, 2018
This morning we visit the world-famous salt mines in Wieliczka. Continue to the Benedictine Sanctuary of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, one of the most visited pilgrimage destination in Poland. Our next stop is Wadowice, where St. John Paul II was born in 1920 and where we celebrate Mass. Overnight in Krakow (B, D).
Day 12 – June 3, 2018
Today we visit Lagiewniki – world-known as “Divine Mercy Shrine”. This is where St. Faustina had had numerous visions of Christ, who told her to keep a diary of their encounters, during which he spoke to her of the Divine Mercy. We visit the convent of St. Faustina, her tomb and relics and celebrate Mass. Continue to Krakow’s Old Town. We visit the Market Square, St. Mary’s church and its Gothic masterpiece altar by Veit Stoss, majestic Wawel Royal Castle art collection and the Cathedral. Some free time in the Old Town. Overnight in Krakow (B).
Day 12 – June 4, 2018
After breakfast we are transferred to the airport in Krakow for a flight to Toronto. Evening arrival (B)
